【摘 要】目的：探讨高血压健康教育在慢性病防治中的应用效果。方法：选取我院2018年2月至2019年5月我院接诊的高血压患者200例，将其按照抽签的方式随机分成观察组100例和对照组100例，观察组接受高血压健康教育，对照组进行常规护理，对比两组患者的降压效果。结果：观察组的降压有效率为91%，明显高于对照组的80%，P<0.05，结论：对高血压患者开展健康教育能够提高血压的控制效果，提高自我管理能力，值得进一步推广。
